Chad was amazing!! He called to tell us he could come early if we wanted. He was personable, polite and professional. He explained the details of what was wrong with our faucet, ordered new parts and put them back in , in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with his service and politeness thank you so much Chad! I contacted Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing recently to install a new kitchen faucet. The receptionist Taylor was polite and courteous in scheduling a replacement service call, and scheduled Gary to install the same day. 3year old Toll Brothers house had a leaky galvanized supply line to a water heater. I called the original installation company who said they’d check the schedule and get back to me but never did.
