Indigo Plumbing

I have a lot to say about Indigo plumbing, mere is my story using this company. A few months ago I came down to my basement on a beautiful South Carolina Saturday morning. I was excited to fill the weekend with outside fun when to my dismay I see water…water everywhere!!! I track it back to my water heater and the darn thing was leaking everywhere!!! I first called a friend that is a plumber but lives almost 5 hours away and he assured me I need a new water heater and told me I could not go wrong with Indigo! So I called them up. The great person I talked to was Brent but he could not hear me very well so he transferred me to Mackenzie and she promptly provided me options and got me scheduled for an assessment that day! A few hours later Cory showed up at my house and let me tell you what, Cory was so kind and gave me multiple options without making things confusing. We then settled on one of the options what we thought the best was for us being a tankless water heater as we already had gas lines to power the unit. Cory had his apprentice and tool boy Bryce bring over the new heater and help him install it. Our dogs loved Bryce and I think he loved them too! Over the next few hours the indigo team got the heater installed even working past working hours on the weekend to get it done in one appointment! I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this team and honestly they will be at my house again plumbing issues or not! We can’t thank you enough for saving our family on a weekend Indigo!!!!

We had an outstanding experience with Indigo Plumbing! Michael came by to analyze our issue and quickly identified that we had a main water line leak—not multiple slab leaks, which could have cost us around $10K. To confirm his assessment, he even replaced a valve at no charge, showing his thoroughness and honesty. Once the issue was confirmed, Michael wasted no time in calling the boring company needed for the main line replacement and scheduled them for the very next day. Cory, one of the company owners and his team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and had everything fixed within about four hours. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We truly appreciate the honesty, quick response, and excellent workmanship from Michael, Cory, and the Indigo Plumbing team. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Great work from Luke Murphy! He has helped us with new construction and renovation work and done a great job. Quality, clean, professional work. Indigo pluming has also help us with some consulting on our own projects by providing experienced advise on navigating plumbing.
