Rooky came last week to fix an issue with my toilet and did a great job. I was so impressed that I scheduled him to come back today to replace all of my angle stops. Rooky brought Zach with him to assist. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough in their work. Great work done by great people. You know they are good people when your dog is happy to see them! Technicians Nathan Rice and Tate Warden stopped by for the initial inspection and estimate for a complete new pipe installation for my double wide home that still had the old outdated system. Very knowledgeable and courteous and willing to help me reach an affordable price for the job. Service was scheduled for the next day in which technicians Casey Beauford and Zachary Vaughn arrived to begin and complete the big project at hand. Both were very professional, skilled and dedicated to completing the task in a timely manner. What a fantastic and tremendous job we'll done!! Thank you very much!

1-Tom plumber went above and beyond helping me this week. My septic line was damaged by a fiber optic company installing new lines. Rooky and Rooster and his team repaired my broken line and documented everything so I could be reimbursed for the damage. All of the technicians were pleasant and easy to work with. 1-Tom plumber was quickly responsive to address my problem and repair it. I’ve used this company for years and they always do first class work, are pleasant and always on time. I highly recommend them. I’m very grateful for their help this week.

Our experience with 1-Tom-Plumber was exceptional service! They were friendly & quick to help us when we contacted them for a toilet leak issue in our home. The technician Aaron Pontious was punctual & friendly from the moment he arrived. He took the time to really discuss the problem & options with us throughout his service in our home. He provided transparency regarding costs & explained everything he was doing along the way.
