I had an issue with an AC unit that was caused by some new siding placed on my house. Dipole responded within 24 hours and troubleshooted the issue until resolved at close to 7pm. Level of service and willingness to work with my siding company to explain the issue was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them and their technicians.

At about 8:30 pm on a Saturday night, after being ignored by the company with whom we had a contract, I used the website to let Dipple know that our air conditioner was not working. Within an hour, they called me and scheduled a next-day appointment. They were prepared to arrive at 9 am on Sunday. Sorry, but this pastor is unavailable. They immediately offered a 1 pm appointment and we took it. At 12:30, as promised, Matt called and said he was 7 minutes away, asking if it was acceptable for him to arrive a few minutes early. It was 80 degrees in my house so, of course, I said yes. He was friendly, respectful and competent. He spent two hours inspecting the entire system, cleaning it, and making repairs (one of which was necessary because of the incompetence of the previous company. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and making sure he was able to get us the best price he could. Dipple is our new best friend! We now have an annual inspection and maintenance contract with them.

Matt did an outstanding job repairing our AC and redoing our duct work. It has been very loud in our bedrooms for years and Matt diagnosed the problem , offered a solution and completely fixed it. He offered ways to make our air conditioning so much more efficient. We are thrilled with the results. He was professional, friendly and very helpful about every one of our concerns. We are thrilled with the results.

Austin was very personable. He tolerated my giant, curious cat (who has boundary issues) very well, and he was very clear about his assessment of the work to be done. He managed to fit all of the work into one day, traveling back to the shop to retrieve the parts needed and not forcing the work into another day. While I am sure that waiving certain charges is part of their process, it was still very nice to have a bit of compromise on cost. Ultimately, he was very clear on communication and efficient in his work. This is the second time I have used Dipple. The first time was roughly 7 years ago. All of the work they did then is holding up nicely. They use quality Kohler parts and robust installation technique. Thus far, I have used them to install multiple toilets, to replace a water heater, to install access panels to the water shutoffs for two showers, to add two sets of bath tub/shower fixtures, to replace and upgrade a kitchen faucet, and to re-do some plumbing previously done by another provider. The only thing I've needed to address with any of their work was the replacement of two cartridge-style flush valves in toilets, as these are a wear part. Overall, I'm very happy with their work.

Our technician Austin Wade was considerate, explained our options thoroughly, and worked to combine tasks to make the work as affordable as possible. He gave us the estimate for us to approve ahead of time. We were more than pleased with the work he did and with the price. Will definitely call them again for any further work we need.
