The professionalism shown by Tony was top notch. Not only was Tony knowledgeable, he was very efficient, courteous and he listened to my concerns. My drain system was clogged and water was backing up in my basement. After listening to me, he assessed the situation and rectified it. I appreciate him explaining everything to me. I am very pleased with his work and his work ethic! The pricing was good also! I’ve dealt with other plumbers, some good and some bad. However to date, Tony at IFixdit Plumbing is the absolute best!

I needed an emergency plumber, Tony arrived within an hour. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and good prices. Will be using them from now on.

Tony came after hours for a leak / back up in my basement, showed up within the hour, and then had our sewer line cleaned out within an hour or two. He was great to work with and explained everything, even with my million questions (especially as a first time homeowner). My go to in Philly now!

We enjoyed our first hot shower in years thanks to Tony’s repair. He provided repair options and upfront pricing to rebuild our shower and install the shower head we picked. He came when promised and offered a detailed receipt. We were so pleased with his work that we had him return and repair our guest bathroom shower. He diagnosed several issues and explained them clearly. He then caulked, installed a new faucet and shower head.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ifixdit Plumbing & Drains. From the very beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected reliable, respectful, and efficient service — but unfortunately, what I got was the exact opposite. The team arrived late, showed little regard for my time, and failed to resolve the plumbing issue properly. When I politely tried to explain my concerns, their response was dismissive and, quite frankly, rude. There was a complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. As a paying customer, I believe no one deserves to be treated this way. I do not feel valued or respected by this business, and I would absolutely not recommend their services to anyone looking for dependable plumbing support. I sincerely hope Ifixdit Plumbing & Drains takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements in how they treat their clients.
