HEP is on the way

Brett Nicely was my technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened completely to my issue and showed me what could be done. He explained what my options were in detail so i could make the choice that suits me best. The price quote was very reasonable. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he walked through the process and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions. I am extremely satisfied with this service. Thank you Brett and HEP for another completed project.

Should have read the reviews on this company. Hands down the worst company I've dealt with! There is apparently no communication between employees in this company. It seems that they basically bid on roofing jobs and then hire crews of illegals to go out and do the work. They did substandard work on our roof replacement and continue to try and collect final payment without addressing the issues with sub standard work that hasn't been corrected. They didn't even pull a permit which is required by law. They sent out a rep a month ago and nobody in the company knows anything about anything except they want to get paid the balance of their quote. I've spoken to four people in this company and have sent two emails that received no response. Steer clear of this shady company! At this point it looks like I'm going to have to jump through more hoops and take these people to court.

I called HEP, and within a couple of hours they sent out their technician Jacob Newman. He was professional and provided me with multiple options for replacing the units at my property. I live in a remote area and it is very unusual to have a company come out the same day let alone within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend. Thank you for the quick service!

Zack and Braden did a fast, clean job installing an exterior spigot on my house. Very polite and professional.

I had HEP come out and fix a plumbing issue. They were one of the only companies I could find that was able to come same day. Plus, I had heard the commercials on the radio. Brett, my plumber, was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything and even showed me what to look for. He gave me some good pointers and tips to DIY small issues if I need to as well. He even called to let me know he was on the way! Very happy with the service and will use HEP in the future. Thanks Brett!
