I am very happy with the service that I received today from Devon and Tatreon. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. They were courteous, and they carefully explained everything that they did. It was not an easy repair but they fixed it correctly. The next time that I need a plumber, we shall request these two great crew members. Also to add, Tonya Reed the owner was super pleasant to talk to and listened to my plumbing problem. Benny the tech was right on time. Unbelievable! He explained what he was going to do and what would happen and he was right. I saw the sediment left inside the hot water heater as it was being emptied out. No muss, no fuss. He was finished within an hour and a half. 100% satisfied. Replaced Moen leaky shower valve. Benny was fast and friendly. I sound like an add for them but I’m 62 years old and have worked with lots of people and he was super! Thanks, Gregory Stephens.

Arrived early in the 2-hour service window. The serviceman was friendly and very knowledgeable in installing the new faucet and disposal on our new countertops and sink. The service was excellent at a good price. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them next time I have plumbing need.

Caleb and Tyrone are excellent representatives and professionals from your company. They were prepared to do the work and do the efficiently and effectively. I can and will highly recommend Henry plumbing and commend these two young men for the excellent work they did for us. Also I want to come in Kim the customer service representative that immediately call me back to establish an appointment that was convenient. I called three other plumbers in the process of trying to get my plumbing issue resolved none of whom returned my calls. So we will be customers of Henry plumbing when we need a plumber.
