Seneca and Gionni did a great job installing my lights! Meticulously angled my entryway light so it is framed by the window, and made sure the dining room chandelier was at the appropriate height for my dining room table. We figured out what a mystery light switch was connected to, and they replaced a broken outlet, on top of replacing a couple breakers! It was a productive day, and everything works perfectly!

Our technician Daniel for plumbing did a wonderful job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that feels both honest and trustworthy, but Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing really is just that. From start to finish, the service was smooth, respectful, and efficient. I truly appreciated the care Daniel put into his work—it shows he takes pride in helping customers. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable service!

I had a slow drain that ended up flooding my bathroom because a facet was left on accidentally. I called Heart because I had worked them previously with another home I had and had a great experience then also. Jim and his crew came out and accessed the situation and unfortunately they had to tear up my bathroom to find out what the issue was. A tree root from outside of the home crept through to the inside pipe and damaged it causing the slow drain. Water was also getting into my crawl space. Jim was very compassionate about the situation....for this type of fix involves digging out your bathroom, etc and it can become costly. He provided me with my options and also financial options which I greatly appreciated. Everything got taken care of and I was put at ease that everything would be ok. Jim was also very patient and thorough and worked with my insurance company to provide them with any information they needed. Thank you so much Jim and the crew!

This has been the worst "plumber" experience of my life. Their work is an absolute joke and has caused thousands of dollars in damage. They were called to fix a simple valve and coupling leak, but they had to return four times—yes, four separate visits. Throughout the process, they lied and blamed the problem on everything except their poor workmanship. They are not liable for any water damage they cause, which forced us to pay out of pocket to repair drywall, carpet, and paint through our homeowners insurance. We're out thousands of dollars because of their incompetence. To make matters worse, they eventually admitted they did a terrible job, claimed they installed it incorrectly, and promised to call me to "make it right" with some form of compensation. Of course, they never followed through. Avoid this company at all costs. Their service and integrity are entirely unacceptable.

Wyatt is an exceptional technician. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in all phases of plumbing. He was able to diagnose my problem and offer a detailed Mation of a solution. He showed me all the work he did and explained all of the aspects of my water softener system. He installed an amazing amount of confidence in me that he knew what he was doing, and that he was more than capable. In getting the job done. Thank you for sending him. He truly was excellent.
