He showed impressive expertise and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. As he got more involved with repairing our plumbing valves, unexpected problems arose, but Marvin was prompt in finding a solution. He arrived ready with all the needed tools in his truck. Not only was he extraordinarily polite, but he also went the extra mile to make sure that our plumbing system was functioning flawlessly before he left. I would recommend Marvin to anyone in Fargo seeking first-rate, professional, and outstanding plumbing service! I am incredibly satisfied with the end result!

We recently had Harold & Sons Plumbing come out for another service. They installed new shut-off valves and replaced our dishwasher. The results were excellent. The company owner, Derek, even came by personally to install our shower head at no charge. We initially held off on this job because the kitchen sink leak repair was quite pricey. Yet, Harold & Sons Plumbing went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. I would strongly suggest their services to anyone. We will definitely be using them again for our home maintenance needs. The plumber, Roger, was incredibly kind and even tried to reduce our bill as the job didn't take much time to finish. Harold & Sons Plumbing are true professionals and their expertise is commendable. My only suggestion would be a slight reduction in pricing. Even Roger thought he could negotiate a lower price with his supervisor. However, I understand that material costs can be high. This is in no way a reflection on Roger's excellent service.

I've been a loyal customer of Harold & Sons Plumbing for quite a while. Recently, I requested a new installation of a standalone ice maker. As always, the team, including Derek, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Just three weeks later, I noticed a leak and immediately contacted them. Derek, who was part of the initial installation team, came to inspect the issue. Even though all the hoses and other parts seemed to be in perfect condition, Derek went the extra mile to investigate the internal parts of the ice maker. He discovered a hose within the back panel of the ice maker that hadn't been clamped properly. This issue was unrelated to the installation, but rather an issue with the ice maker itself. Thankfully, after this discovery, everything was resolved and the ice maker is now functioning well! Furthermore, I was relieved when any additional fees for the day were waived. This level of service and care is what makes me truly appreciate Harold & Sons Plumbing. It's such a relief to have a trustworthy plumber to rely on. I'm always confident that they will take good care of me and any plumbing emergencies that arise.

In no time at all, derek was at my house, fearlessly working on the roof and running tests through the shower, sink, and toilet to ensure the water was draining properly. Yes, I did pay a slightly higher fee due to the late hour, but I honestly don't know any other company that would be so prompt and efficient at such a late hour. I had used all my towels trying to soak up the water that had overflowed into the hallway. My out-of-town family and I spent the remainder of the evening tidying up and drying the floors - thank goodness for vinyl flooring! Overall, it was a positive experience with Harold & Sons Plumbing. Thanks to their quick response and efficient service, the issue was resolved without further hassle.
