I lost my hot water on a Saturday due to a very old water heater. Tanner responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my water heater in a day. He did a great job. Bears Home Solutions is always great to work with.

Highly recommend Bears. They came out for an emergency air conditioning problem on a very warm summer day. The folks answering the phones were kind and got me scheduled for a same day appointment. It only took an hour before the tech was at my door. Chris Kowalski was my tech and he was outstanding! He thoroughly checked everything and got my old A/C unit up and running in less than an hour. I didn’t feel like he was trying to overcharge me and the price for the repair was fair. He walked me through my options and explained ways I could save money on my heating and cooling bills. He even tolerated talking to my home warranty company, which he didn’t have to do. As a side note, my dog loved Chris and he was very sweet while my dog constantly begged him for more pets. Bears has a dedicated customer in me! They’ll be taking over all my home maintenance and repairs moving forward. Thanks so much, Bears! My house is nice and cool now!
