Mike at Bears did a great job on our project. One of our radiators broke last winter during the extreme cold snap, when our boiler was out for five days, and a well known local company dropped the ball and left us hanging. We decided to have Bears install a replacement, and Mike made sure we knew what our options were, and that we understood exactly what he was going to do, including the cost. Great communication, prompt arrivals as scheduled, and great professional work. Very pleased, and will certainly have him back again when and if needed. A pleasure to do business with!

Craig came out and serviced our mini split units and did a fantastic job. He was upfront with all services and maintenance and explained everything in detail. He did not pressure us into anything and explained how we could maintenance the units ourselves. We still decided to have him maintenance them and he was efficient, polite and considerate, great at communicating, and so nice to work with! I will definitely be utilizing them for service in the future.

If you are in need of a plumber, I highly recommend Bears Home Solutions. Mike came out for a repair, but it turned into a whole house re pipe. He made the process go easy and smoothly for me. No stress getting everything lined out, as well as answering every question I had with ease. When the day came to start the very extensive job, he and Jordan were prompt, efficient and absolutely easy to have around. It was a full two day job. I would add pics but as it was a whole house re pipe, that's a lot. The example here is. A 100 plus year old home that had a mismatched conundrum of different pipes. From cast iron, to galvanized, to everything crazy, and it was a maze of pipes. It definitely was all horrible, cracking, clogged, aging nastiness. They put themselves through the ringer (there was some serious gross and nasty) pulling the old and replacing with all new, but most of all they did it with great attitudes and professionalism. When they finished each day, they left everything as clean as possible as well; especially given the circumstances of such a grand job they had. For any future services I need, Bears Home Solutions will absolutely be my go too. Mike and Jordan thank you! And thank you to Bears for providing such excellent service.

Mike came out and installed a garbage disposal for us. He was friendly, clean, and did good work. We are very happy with the service and product we received. They’re also very communicative and digital with their appointments, arrival times, pricing options, and invoices. Would recommend!!

Jordan did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time as scheduled and completed the task (cold water inlet line to water heater leaking at water heater) quickly and efficiently. No mess. Thanks for getting our hot water back on Jordan.
