We had such a great experience with Laney’s Plumbing! We had a small pipe burst, and they were extremely professional, quick, and affordable. Our technician, Austin, was fantastic — knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Could not recommend Laney’s more!

Extremely disappointed with this company. I called about my water heater not staying on and was told they were busy with AC calls and would get back to me. Weeks went by with no follow-up, so I had to call again just to get someone out. When the technician finally arrived, he admitted he wasn’t familiar with my model and guessed it might be the vapor sensor, and he didn’t have the parts to fix anything. He left with the panel and sensor out, and after that, THE WATER HEATER DOES NOT TURN ON ANY MORE AFTER THE VISIT even after putting it back together. I had no hot water at all. I tried to fix the issue myself and even bought a brand-new vapor sensor, but the unit still doesn’t work. When I called again to report this, I was told I’d be charged for the visit that actually made things worse and charged again for another visit to "fix" what should’ve been handled properly in the first place. Totally unprofessional and unreliable service. I’m now out of hot water

Trevor was the best. He came to do the annual check on my furnace. He was friendly, polite, and explained what he was going to do. He assured me that my filter would be changed. The service was done efficiently. I am very pleased with Trevor and Laney’s!

Armas augured water drain pipes from the kitchen to the basement. The blockage was cleared. He explained everything clearly, cleaned up, and left us feeling satisfied that we’re good to go for a while. We’re very pleased with his work.

Austin Rozelle from Laney’s was here to do some plumbing work for me today. He took my old corroded kitchen sink valves and replaced them so that new my fridge water line and dishwasher have their own shut off valves. The work is so neat and tidy looking. He did a great job and he was very personable and just a joy to meet. I would whole heartedly hire him again for any future plumbing work!
