Happy's Plumbing Inc

I am a real estate agent and needed to have someone come out to diagnose a plumbing issue on a listing. Happy's responded to me promptly and was able to send a tech out within 24 hours. They were even early for their arrival window! They were efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. It is vital to me to have a company I can trust and count on when a client needs help quickly, and I am so glad a contractor friend recommended Happy's. My client and I were extremely pleased. It was my first experience with Happy's and it will not be my last!

Hands down the best plumber i have ever worked with. Leslie and her Husband Brain are the best! there is always very clear communication and they always do their best to get us scheduled as fast as they can. they couldn't be nicer people. their prices are incredible. i couldn't recommend them enough.

I have used Happy's three times through my warranty. First, they came out and replaced my garbage disposal. They were supposed to also look at my toilets, but the warranty company screwed that up, and didn't put it on the order, so I had to open a new claim, but that's not Happy's issue. The next time was for two toilets that were constantly running (Thanks to cheap toilets installed by out of state developers running off with the money). The plumbers figured out that it was going to be more than an easy fix (they replaced the guts, and they still ran). It was poor and cheap construction in parts that connect the tank and the bowl. This was happening in two of my 3 bathrooms! He told me to be prepared for it in third one (and yes, eventually that started doing it too, and I just put a new and NICE toilet in my master bathroom). The final time was last week, I noticed some small leaking from my water heater the day after Christmas. They were able to get someone out the next day to evaluate the issue. I knew that it would probably not be fixed same day, as it was through the warranty company. People who complain about not getting it fixed day off because of Happy's do not apparently realize that their warranty company has to approve EVERYTHING over $500, so they can only do what is approved. Once the replacement was approved they called to schedule instillation. Came out and put a new water heater in yesterday. All in all, from start to finish, new water heater in a week (that includes a weekend and New Year's holiday). I am am happy with HAPPY'S. I even recommend them to my neighbors.

I have used them at least 5 times. Always print and get warranty work done. One time they messed up, they came back and fixed the problem. I am very happy with them

Very “happy” with Happy’s Plumbing. Had a home warranty called in and within 3 hours my new garbage disposal was installed. Shout out to Leslie for her outstanding customer service and follow through at the home office.
