The team arrived in less than an hour after we called to set up an appointment. Their professional yet personal attention in dealing with what turned out to be a non functioning back flow valve situation was exceptional. You will not find a more honest, and hard working plumber than Randy! We had him out for issues that others always took shortcuts in “fixing.” Randy and his team were willing to do the hard work and go the extra mile (not just to do extra things) but to make sure that we weren’t getting temporary fixes, but true solutions. We highly recommend!
