I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with Hancock Brothers Plumbers! We had a shower handle fall off, and when we looked into it, we found out the shower stem was cracked from before we moved in, so the handle couldn't stay on. We called them late on a Friday afternoon, and Douglas from the company helped right away. He asked us to send photos to figure out what parts were needed, and then sent two plumbers over in just twenty minutes. We needed the guest shower fixed before our parents came to visit, so having it repaired quickly was a huge relief. Mason and Gregory arrived, both super friendly and professional. They explained they would need to cut into the wall to reach the pipes and would need a bit of extra time for the installation. Douglas made sure we were a priority and sent the team back out first thing Monday morning to finish the job. They even called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled! Mason, Gregory, and another plumber completed the whole repair, installed new parts, and put in the shower fixtures all in under two hours. So grateful for their fast and excellent work! We’ll definitely call them again and highly recommend their services.

The plumbing team came out to our place in Kansas City and installed a new gas line and gas stove for us. They also put in an on-demand water heater, which has been working perfectly. The remote for the gas logs was on back order from the supplier, so it took a little while to arrive. Once we finally got the remote, we called the plumbers to come install it. Mason came out, took care of the installation quickly, and didn’t charge us anything extra. The customer service was excellent—we were happy to pay a service fee, but they said there was no charge. Really appreciate the great work!
