The Half Moon advertising by location on Highway 20, signage on Highway 169, fleet of vehicles around our area, and most importantly by word of mouth, attracted our attention long before our need for service. We knew who we would call when that time arose, plus my wife liked their colors and logo! What began as a service call by Andrew and Matt led to James, Michael, and Steven spending an extra long, hot next day in and under our home installing a new PEX plumbing system, water heater, and kitchen faucet in our 60-year-old home. In the days right after all this complex work, we realized there were two things we needed to address, which were sent by text: 1) The access panel behind the water tank had inadvertently not been replaced. 2) My wife changed her mind about the kitchen faucet and preferred a different style. Sam called the next day with reassurance all would be made right, even my wife’s faucet, which was not their responsibility. James returned to our home and made all things right, quite to our satisfaction. His cheerful countenance and attitude never wavered as he changed out the faucet, pulled and reinstalled the tank, at least that we knew! He also noticed some questionable electrical things around the tank area and offered to ask their electrician Nate to look at them even though it was late in the day. Nate did find multiple problems with our antiquated electrical system and carefully explained them to us before he left, again when he returned the next morning, and again to our children at our request. He corrected the issues regarding the tank as well as giving us quotes on updating our system all at one time or in stages. Nate was calm and patient as he explained things over and over. Every Half Moon man who came into our home was a gentleman. Those we had more opportunity to visit with were found to be fellow followers of Christ and lovers of His Church. Rex Porter

Garrett, Juan and Mike worked hard on getting our water going quickly. On a weekend so we were very surprised and so so pleased with their work ethic, communication on the progress being made and times to expect them. They stayed in contact with us. We didnt have to guess when they would be here. Garrett moved mountains on a Sunday to get our work rolling promptly Monday morning. Happy to announce we now have running water. We had an upstairs shower and two sinks that have always drained a little slowly, but were now clogging. Over 17 years, we’ve tried to fix it ourselves with drain cleaner and a snake, to varying success. This time it was fully blocked. We did not want to have a sewer breakdown into our kitchen below. We needed a plumber. We’d been hearing the Half Moon commercials on the radio, and whenever they come on we laugh and say “Aaaaaawooooooooo!” So I went online and made an appointment. The website interface is GREAT! It was simple and efficient and comfortable to navigate. I provided my info, then they offered a place for me to upload a quick video describing the problem and pointing out the locations. Easy-peasy! Half Moon contacted us immediately, and Nicholas Williamson arrived exactly when scheduled the next day. He was clean and courteous and friendly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem: original plumber installed one big T intersection where we should have had two off-set joints for more efficient drain flows to sewer. After years of use, the big T intersection was fully blocked. Nick gave us two ways to access the problem: either through the upstairs floor, or downstairs ceiling. We decided sheetrock ceiling would be easier reconstruction than replacing tile, so Nick opened the ceiling and exposing the pipes in question. It was late in the day, so Nick then cleaned up his tools and equipment, swept up the mess, bagged his trash and removed it. The next day Half Moon would return to complete to project. Promptly the next morning, Michael Miller arrived, set up coverage on the area and began cutting out the affected pipe. It was fully clogged with general drain debris: hair, toothpaste, soap scum, and hard water residue. Michael efficiently discarded the defunct section, and quickly and easily replaced it with the proper configuration of joints. He cleaned up his mess and went on to his next job. All things considered, it was a very pleasant interaction. The Half Moon office was in constant contact with us to let us know who was coming, and ask how the job was progressing along the way. The followed up at the end of each day to verify that we were satisfied and treated courteously. Although not terribly complex, the problem turned out to be more extensive and expensive than we could correct ourselves with drain cleaner and a simple auger. We feel the work was fairly priced for the excellent service and professionalism we received. Half Moon representatives showed respect to our home and family at every interaction. They are friendly, clean, prompt and highly skilled. We are so impressed with Half Moon, and will use them in the future for all our plumbing needs. This was a big job! A complete repipe under my house, water heater replacement ( I went with a tankless ), two outside faucet replacements and adding another faucet outside my basement. These young plumbers busted their butts. They were here on time and I received texts that they were on their way. They were on this job for 3 days and a minimum of 8 hours each day. Their work is very clean and tidy. Don't get me wrong they sure made a mess, which they did clean up but their work is beautiful. I want to recognize the individual young men that made this project happen. The two main guys that were here all three days were Ezekiel B. and Nate G.. Then there was Mike, James the gas guy, Another Nate - the electrician, Jeremy the sales guy and Juan. All of these gentlemen are outstanding young men, very polite and even shook my hand everyday. I feel privileged to know them! In closing I'm very happy with the outcome of this project and would highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!!

Nicolas and Hudson were so great! Super professional and polite. They went above and beyond answering all our questions, finding all issues, and communicating our options clearly. Did not feel any pressure but just genuine care for our home. Steven, Levi, Noah, & William came to do the follow up work on two different days. Each time we found the same professionalism and care. I’m so glad we called Half Moon, will highly recommend to anyone after our experience!
