After reading the reviews, I was ecstatic to see Jonathan at my doorstep, literally 40 minutes after I called this company, on a Saturday might I add. He listened intently, explain exactly what was happening, and we also learned a thing or two. Once he located the issue, he fixed it on the spot and scheduled us for roof repair. I am extremely thankful that we came across this company. We will definitely use their services again.

Glad I got a second opinion! Jonathan and Bobby came over same day after picking up a new water heater. They worked fast and were both very polite, even taking the time to show me what to do for yearly maintenance. Not only did I get an upgrade, but it cost me hundreds less! Had a plumbing emergency with a water leak, and Jon was here within minutes to help take care of my issue! He walked me through everything and helped make a stressful situation so much easier! Could not recommend their services more. After taking care of the issues, Omar did an amazing job repairing the walls and ceiling. His attention to detail and professionalism were top notch! This is the best plumbing company hands down! Every member of their crew is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Ive called in more jobs than id like to admit 🫣 but every time the service is top tier. Their customer service is impeccable. They will take the time to explain what went wrong in layman's terms and best practices to avoid it moving forward. I recommend them every chance I get.

My mother and I used H2O Pro Plumbing for the first time recently due to a heavy leakage of water onto our floor; that resulted due to the condition of the pipes under our kitchen sink. H2O office rep was very helpful and flexible in getting us scheduled as soon as possible. We were initially under the impression that we were just getting an estimate done, but we were surprised that they were able to do the work same day. We were pleased because we needed the pipes to be completely replaced. Jonathan and Jason were excellent in keeping us well informed, professional, knowledgeable, and everything worked out very well.
