We were in the middle of a heat wave in Richmond when our AC suddenly went out—on a Friday, with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old at home. Most companies told us they might be able to get to us the following week, which was really stressful given the extreme heat. Then we called Gundlach, and they were able to send someone the same day. Kyle showed up and was incredibly professional, honest, and hardworking. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation, which was a huge relief. In a time of high demand and urgency, Gundlach came through for our family. Because of Kyle and the overall experience, Gundlach is now our go-to for all heating and air needs.

My sink wouldn’t drain so I called after hours and waited for Cory to come out and solve my issue late at night. He did a good job on telling me what he was doing and fixed my issue even though it was late at night. I will definitely use this company again!

My appointment today was between 10:00 and 12:00. Your technician arrived at 10:00 and introduced himself as DB. While servicing my unit I had some questions and DB explain to me exactly what he was doing. I felt very confident about my unit being serviced. After completing the job, he asked me if I had any more questions which I did not. Thank you DB for doing an outstanding job.

I called for service on 3/28. Technician was dispatched for early afternoon. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable about my system. I would use them again and recommend them for ac/ heating repair.
