From Lee in the office to Kendall and Garrett who came to install my 3 new Wolverine Brass bathroom faucets everyone was professional, polite and did a great job for a fair price. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

The technician from GS Plumbing arrived with a friendly smile and clearly displayed his ID badge. He got started right away inspecting my heat pump and gave it a thorough cleaning. He also looked over the thermostat and shared some helpful tips for better use. Throughout the visit, he was polite, approachable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with GS Plumbing's team. Their service plan is well worth it, offering scheduled heating and air maintenance twice a year.

GS Plumbing was amazing. Responded to my email first thing in the morning and arrived not long after. Garrett and Trevor were knowledgeable and very polite. My dad has dementia and they were great with him, very patient. Everything was explained well, got us with working toilets and sinks again. Would highly recommend, worth every penny!!

Called and got an appt right away, tech Cody was out within the hour and did a great job. Luckily there was nothing to fix after he did some stress testing to make sure everything was okay. It was my user error, what can I say?! He was very polite about it and did a great job. Will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing needs!

We had an emergency need of a plumber at 4:00AM after a water pipe became disconnected and spewed hundreds of gallons of water in a condo thus causing severe flooding in 4 other condos. I contacted the fire company who assisted with gaining entrance to a condo & getting the main water turned off. I called our property manager who contacted GS Plumbing. The dispatcher called me, an hoa board member, and I relayed the information to her who contacted the plumber, Andrew. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem, and got eight to work fixing it. Within 15 minutes the pipe was reattched/repaired and the main water to the building was turned back on. He took photos before and after of the repair, assisted me in turning the main valve on, and followed up with a text that everything looked good and secure. The company did a great job of calling initially as well as staying in touch with Andrew's arrival. Andrew worked efficiently and in a very quick way to ensure that our residents could get the water turned on as quickly as possible as it is a workday/time for some residents. He also services individual residents with plumbing needs so I made certain that I got a few business cards to share with other residents! I'd recommend GS plumbing and Andrew to anyone who needs trustworthy, efficient, skilled plumbing!!
