Goose Creek Heating & Air (+ Plumbing)

I called and researched several HVAC companies in the area and in the end I’m so happy I chose Goose Creek heating. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and adequately priced. I also appreciated how none of their guys were trying to upsell me anything I didn’t need and patiently explained everything I didn’t understand (Im not an hvac expert). They seemed to have a little disconnect between the office ladies and the workers but we were able to get it all squared away thanks to our project manager Sean. He genuinely cares about customers and takes a lot of pride in his work. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him!! One of the office ladies was little short tempered on the phone and she also gave me the wrong information on the thermostats and the invoice but it was such a minor hiccup and who knows maybe she was having a stressful week. Either way 10/10 would recommend them to everyone I know.

Goose Creek Heating and Air delivered fantastic service. We have been looking for a competent, reliable, and honest company for our HVAC systems, and we found it! We have had issues with our AC and they discovered a leak and fixed it at a reasonable cost. The technicians were outstanding -- professional, personable, and with lengthy tenure (they praised their company, too). So, thank you to Zach, Wes, Brendan and Chris -- you are awesome!!!

We were referred to them when our AC went out right at the beginning of the heat wave. They were very communicative through the entire process. Every tech that has come has been professional and friendly. They solved the fault we were having quickly and were more than happy to come back out to do a re-check when we had another error after their visit. We have been thoroughly impressed by their whole team from start to finish.

Super responsive. Great service. Their office is quick to call back/text etc. Levi took great care of my system and gave me a full report. Did not recommend any in unneeded service. Will definitely be going back.
