Seth and Garret did an amazing job here for us. They were quick and efficient to set everything up and pulling the necessary things out. I was actually surprised how fast they finished it. Their general manager Ruben is awesome. He guided me on how to file a claim to insurance and gave me a game plan on how to get the work done the best way. I’m not an expert on this at all, but he made everything so clear for me to understand. Seth came back a few times to take photos of the progress and making sure everything is going according to plan. I love the job they have done so far. Safe to say I’m a satisfied customer.

Today I walked into my laundry room to find the sink left on, overflowing, flooding the room. I acted quickly and called Good Times Restoration right after shutting off the water. Within 60 minutes they had a technician at my home! Super grateful for the amazing response time and customer service my family was shown. Hopefully we don’t flood the house again, but if we do I know who to call.

Brandon came and fixed our leaking water heater and did an excellent job. He’s thoroughly professional and walked me through what he was doing and what to expect. I truly appreciate people who actually like what they do and strive to do an accurate and cost-effective solution to each problem. I highly recommend Good Times and will be calling on them again in the near future for some more plumbing work we’re considering doing.

I am SO thankful that I made the right choice in selecting Good Times Plumbing for my URGENT plumbing project! From the very beginning, and in all communications thereafter (with both the GTP Office: Jared, Reuben, and Tierra, or the Plumbing Team: Cody - Supervisor and Brandan and other workers), they were always extremely kind and considerate. And I was so pleased at how very reasonable the Estimate was and how patient Cody was in providing all the explanations needed on how they would correct the leak. It was seeping out from just outside the kitchen door, coming from under the brick foundation wall and pooling onto the back patio. As it turned out, my leak wasn’t due to the 60 yr old pipes under the kitchen sink as anticipated. It was coming from a leak somewhere under the kitchen floor. I’m so very thankful Brandan was persistent in searching out the source of the leak. It was caused by shoddy work and cheap materials used by a (now closed) business I contracted 8 yrs ago. Cody’s 2nd Estimate for the additional work was again very reasonable. The team got started and sealed off that section of the kitchen with a ceiling-to-floor drape to keep dust and debris off the cabinets and from floating through the house. Next, Brandan meticulously removed the floor tiles and a portion of the outside brick wall and patio floor - with absolute surgical precision. Then he started digging his way to China. Once the pipes were examined, he completed the pipe replacements, put all the foundation dirt back and closed up everything with cement. Just amazing! Final Mentions: I loved that they always arrived on the day they said they would and always sent out a quick notification just prior that they were on their way. Also, Cody provided great supervision and oversight of every detail. And very thankfully, Brandan and other workers always did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site each day when finished.
