Go hero arrived on time, they troubleshot my electrical and came up with solutions. The price of service was little shocker, but they did good work. GoHero also had an Air conditioner and heating service. They trouble shot the issue I was having. They gave me a fair quote for replacing my 15 year old unit. They also replaced some of my ducting and rerouted them. Taylor and Ryan worked very hard and maybe a couple extra hours to ensure everything was working properly. Only hiccup was my Bluetooth AC controller not talking to my phone.

David did a great job. He fixed some urgent, complicated things that another electrician could not. He also proposed a creative solution to a tricky lighting issue, which will save us some money and look really cool. Finally, he was very personable and empathetic. I’m already planning to have him come back out to tackle our final list of electrical issues.

Darell and Devin were great! They were very nice, punctual, and made sure we got our air fixed. I appreciated their professionalism and they answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel bad for asking them. In today’s times, it was refreshing to have someone that was kind, and that didnt make you feel like you inconvenienced them because you hired them to do a job. Used this service for my septic tank pump, and inspection. They were very friendly, gave me updates, the tech Robert was friendly. He did a excellent job gave me update on system, and did a really good job of covering up the lids. I would highly recommend GoHero Home Services! Very professional!

I needed some electrical work done. The electrician from Hero initially installed 4 outdoor lights. I was really pleased. I also had him fix some other issues while he was here. He did an excellent job. I would recommend them.
