Go-Forth HVAC Plumbing and Electrical

I was having my HVAC inspected since I was selling my home and they immediately found that there was a leak which I could visually see but I just thought it was normal to have a little bit of a drop of water coming from the roof and Mark was very professional and kind and explaining things to me. He was able to work with me with military discount and so forth to help out and plus I was a member so I had my 10% discount. So I'm going to have to replace the HVAC Plus this other part it is what it is I'm selling my home and I feel like the price is just like it's supposed to be. I had a water unit also fixed by different person and they forgot to turn on the water when they left and I was able to call Mark to see if he could help me and he came back after hours just to help me turn on the water so I'm going to say he deserves five plus.. I'm very happy with the company I just wish they'd had someone that could answer their phone after hours that was just a bit frustrating the weight cuz I was in a panic with no water and it was after 6:30. But that was not related to mark that was related to the water and heater installer. Highly recommend they have all kinds of things to help with I even had them come out for the inspection for rodents. If you're selling your house and you need to get things inspected and taken care of this is the people and I'm going to use them to also inspect the house that I'll probably buy Here by fall. That membership will come in handy since I can transfer it

Gary provided an excellent maintenance service on our HVAC unit. Gary, our service tech went above and beyond and did fantastic work and very thorough. Gary laid out some options and solutions for us, 10/10 recommend. Honestly the best explanation and communication for a maintenance call in my life. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Pedro! He's extremely smart, polite, respectful and patient. His gentle way of communicating, calms even the most stressful situation. Pedro resolved my HVAC concerns, and explained how to use my new A/C system. He even closed my Cathedral Ceiling blinds - as a way to help decrease my Duke Energy bill. Now I call that - Great Customer Service! Pedro is truly the Best at what he does! And if you have the pleasure of working with him, I know you'll agree!!!

I thought Gary was very professional and courteous while doing his diagnostics. The only issue I had and it was out of Gary's hands was the price for the new unit and duct work being replaced. Just checking around I found that the price was the highest of all that I checked and was $2000 more than other companies. As far as the service we received, Gary knocked it out of the park. He definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking service with Go Forth.
