Giglio Plumbing Co

Its been a while, but we called Giglio plumbing for some water pressure issues in the kitchen and laundry room. They came somewhat quick to address it. The phone call to get the appointment was good. The people who came were pleasant as well. They said the problem was fixed and left after i paid them $500. I checked just after they left. The kitchen was better, but the laundry room wasn't even marginally better. Had to call and get them to come out again. They looked at it, flushed out the line, and then said that there was nothing they could do about it with us being a condo. Okay, cool, say that upfront and don't charge us 500 for slightly more pressure and a "there's nothing we can do". We then found out that some cash we had stashed in our bedroom had suddenly gone missing. A notable sum. The only people who have been in that part of the house were the repair people. I have no evidence it was them, but ive heard its happened with them before from colleagues. Now, we're trying to figure out water pressure with a different plumber in the laundry room to find out the people who came put the filters in our washing machine cold intake back in way too tight. Cracking the middle part in the process. I will never use this company again. Overpriced for the problem not to be fixed, untrustworthy repairman, and destructive. Edit: they did not put the filters for the water intake back in at all. Debris came in from the water line and totaled the washer. Not using them again

These guys were fun to deal with an they got my plumbing system back up an running in hour an gave good price for on the weekend an the dispatcher was nice.thanks Mike an son.

We hired this plumbers to come out to our house because the shower in my master bedroom sprung a leak and was leaking into my kitchen. They did the work they fixed it however they didn't bother put either piece of wood where it went that they removed to fix the problem and then they spit and nasty loogie in my bathtub and left it there for me to clean up. Absolutely DISGUSTING. How do you think it's okay to come into a customer's home and spit nasty loogies in their showers???? Not bother to put back two pieces of wood that they removed to fix the issue??????? We will never use this business again and I will tell everybody to avoid this company like the nasties that they are. So foul and disgusting.

I've used Giglio for 47 years and have always had excellent service. I can call in the morning and they are there quickly, make repairs and the service is reasonably priced. I've referred friends and they've done excellent work for them also. Will continue to recommend them!

Negative experience. Hired Giglio for a tankless water heater replacement. Two gentleman arrive- no measurements taken, nothing written down. “Are you sure you don’t need to record any information?” I’m told no. Imagine my surprise when the installers try to replace the unit and tell me the new water heater doesn’t fit. No problem I tell them, just order the correct one, please. New unit comes, gets installed. I think I’m done. Test faucets, good to go. Try to take a hot shower that evening- no hot water. Call them back out and am told to order some expensive part even though the problem is from something getting knocked loose from the install. My husband and I resort to fixing it ourselves. A day later a different shower without hot water. Called attempting to get someone out for several weeks and Giglio won’t come to resolve. Run EVERYTHING before telling them they are done.
