Communication, attitude, demeanor, quality of work, time management. All of these deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful people and a company. Found them by a quick google search and not disappointed. The two guys that came to my house today were absolutely amazing and I will highly recommend over and over again. Now I have brand new pipes running to my kitchen and laundry and I could not be happier. Everything looks great and they were so quick with the entire thing including running to the store to grab the items needed the entire process was around 2 hours total. Maybe 2.5. More than pleased with today and so glad I can finally wash my clothes after a week of the drain not working! (Hand wringing the clothes was getting pretty old!) I only met 2 of the guys and they both showed the colors of the company to the highest degree! With the quality of work they did I highly doubt I will be needing to call again but if something were to happen this will be my absolute first call! Not to mention they even offer financing! In the end we ended up not using it and paying outright but the price was only around 27 a month for $600 worth of work! (Much more affordable for those struggling with a tight budget).

Owner called after worker didn’t come back as promised. He came out and found problem, and made arrangements for repair. Appreciated attention to fixing the problem.

Beware! Does not finish jobs and will not return calls or emails. Does not follow through with guarantee. Left our property worse than it was to begin with. Typical get paid and disappear contactor.

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work. I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!! I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. I was so impressed with how current and up to date this company was with their customer communication. In conclusion, I just want to say that I’ve had a handyman provide plumbing work in the past and I can CLEARLY tell the difference between the quality of workmanship G-Tech Plumbing provided in comparison. We could not be happier with our bathroom repairs and upgrades and will definitely use this company again very soon.

Audie is fantastic in every aspect of his service for G-Tech Plumbing. He went above and beyond to help my parents with major shower pipe work. Taking his time, doing research and explaining the job to my family. All the while, his positive attitude and willingness to help is unmatched for the most rigorous or even a simpler job. Which he did again when they dealt with a hot water issue. Diagnosing the problem and then finding a solution that he fixed in a timely manner. Most of all you can tell he cares not only about the work, its also the people and he dedicates his effort to them. G-Tech Plumbing did phenomenally with correspondence, communication and transparency in all their work. Audie deserves the highest amount of praise for his craft. I would only choose them for my plumbing needs and recommend this company to everyone.
