We needed some copper water lines and a drain line moved for a kitchen remodel. From the beginning Brett was very accommodating and responsive. Their price was very reasonable and they worked us into their schedule quickly so they didn’t hold up our project. The work uncovered a couple of other age related problems that they came back and addressed quickly as well. We are very satisfied with the whole experience: quality of work, responsiveness, and price and would gladly recommend them to anyone. These guys are definitely our new plumbers for any future projects.

Seems there is never a dull moment as a homeowner. I noticed and reported what appeared to be a water leak that was puddling at the end of my sidewalk near the city water box. The City water department tested the line and determined the leak was on my side so it was my responsibility to arrange and pay for the replacement of the entire line from the end of the sidewalk to the house foundation. I received quotes to excavate the entire line and replace the galvanized with copper. I received several quotes but felt most at ease when I surveyed the problem and the proposed remedy with Steve Baumann of Fritz Baumann & Sons. Steve returned all my calls promptly and answered all my questions as the project moved forward. He even arranged an extension with the city from the original deadline they gave me. He even interceded on my behalf with my insurance company to secure the full limit of their liability coverage. The work was completed in a single day on April 24, 2025 and here I want to recognize the friendly and capable crew including Sean, Jordan and Travis. They managed to do the required excavation without damaging my mature red maple tree or breaking up any part of my cement sidewalk. This is a tardy but well earned 5-star review for Fritz Baumann & Sons. I recommend them without reservation for any hapless homeowner confronted with similar water line problems. Great service. Great company. Great people.

Fritz BAUMANN and Sons was outstanding! I had a major issue with my high efficiency furnace exhaust and the placement of my whole house generator. Blair was more than willing to research my problem and come up with a solution before I even had them on contract. I received a phone call after the work was done to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Now that is first class customer service!! Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. did an excellent job installing our new sump pump. Blair was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

This is the first time I have worked with Fritz Baumann & Son’s and must say, it was a terrific experience from start to finish. When I suspected that my old galvanized water service line may have a leak, I called the folks at Baumann where I was greeted by a real live person rather than a recording and a bunch of prompts to go through to get to speak with an individual. I explained my concern and they were out the same day to assess the situation. Brett conducted a thorough inspection taking notes and pictures of situation and also walked me through the process. Shortly thereafter, I got the quotation which I felt was detailed, competitive and fair. We then scheduled the work to be done, and the team of four folks showed up when they said they would be there and got right to work. It was clear to me that they were most focused on doing a quality job regardless of how long it took, rather than getting in and getting out. The team of Sean, Jake, and Jake were very polite and courteous while demonstrating the skills and talents they put into the project and not short cutting what needed to be accomplished so it was all correct. Side note, Sean has been with Baumann 37 years, which I think speaks volumes about this fourth-generation business. Once completed, they called the inspector out who signed off and I was back in business. The other great takeaway for me, was the fact that at no time did they try and upsell additional products and services that I did not need. I have experienced this with other companies which I would never use again. On top of this, I paid what I was quoted given the fact all aspects were factored in from the start. As I said, this was a wonderful experience and Baumann & Son’s is now the company I will use when I have needs in the future.
