Let me just say how amazed I was with Flow King's efficiency and responsiveness. I had already called two other places only to reach their voicemail. When I called Flow King, I didn't reach them immediately but they called me back within minutes and came to my house the next morning. Someone in their office called to confirm the time within the promised window. The fix was efficient and well done. Not only that, I asked Silvio for advice on one of my toilets, which was running slow and he ran an auger to fix it, FREE of CHARGE! Price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes. Thanks!
