On 0/7/14/2025 we are having work done at our home by these 2 employees of this company. This really shows how other people don't respect others property!!!!!They have walked in and out of our home front door 6 times!!!!!!!!!I had to ask the 2 guys respectfully to please close our home door once they step into our house.!!!!!!!!!!!Why should I have to ask 2 grown man that work for a Million dollar company, to close our home door and not leave it wide open!!!!!!!!OMG!!!!!!You would think that they would be responsible and close your house door when it is very hot outside!!!!!!!!We have our home air condition running.They are replacing a restaurant toilet in our home.One of the employees of this company place a heavy peace that go to the toilet against our home Tower speaker letting it rest against it!!!!!! What happened to coming into people homes and being respectful????!!!!! They would want me to respect thier home if I was sent out to fix thier home problen as well. What has happened to people home training? I would not recommend these guys to anyone home. They was not really friendly !!!!!!! They have just left our home at3:56pm on Monday. We have had this company to fix a problem at our home in the past. Yes, thier employee was down to earth.

I recently needed a plumber to come out to fix a few urgent issues in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Bryon came out same day - he was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions, and had everything repaired in no time. The quality of the work was excellent, and he left the area clean and tidy afterward. We also had a lovely conversation the entire time and I enjoyed his company while he worked. What a quick, responsive, professional, and helpful team. Nobody likes to see their hot water heater spewing water, but when I texted the telephone number, they got right back to me. With open transparent availability, great plumbers like Bryon and Colton, and open and transparent pricing, I will literally look nowhere else for a plumber. They were able to fix my issue within 30 minutes of arriving, told me what to look out for, and how to avoid something like that again in the future. Really grateful for their craftsmanship, the communication, and availability. You have earned a customer for life!

I first used Fischer & Boone when I had a pipe burst under my Fort Worth 1940 home back in August 2015. I was a new home owner, having just purchased the place in April. While some plumbers did suggest they could fix the old galvanized steel pipe, the writing on the wall was full replacement would be necessary. Fischer & Boone were direct in saying what was needed to be done and the cost. While others night be able to patch things cheaper, that would put stress on the rest of the system and future issues may arise. It wasn't something I as a 24 year old new homeowner may have wanted, but the full replacement to PEX piping was what was needed for the then 85 year old home. Since then, I have used Fischer & Boone for a water heater replacement in 2018 after returning from a deployment, and most recently a leak fix at the water meter box where there was a small leak. They have always been quick in response, professional in their work, and reasonable and direct in their cost. They didn't try to direct me to perhaps additional unnecessary work, and I appreciated that as a then new homeowner and now a bit more seasoned one.

My wife and I own several rental properties in Fort Worth. We use Fischer and Boone exclusively and have for several years. We use them for repairs as well as helping us to remodel units. I could not be more pleased with them. They are honest, fairly priced, punctual and just do a good job. We love finding contractors we can be loyal to and this is one of them. Chuck Allen
