If I could give zero stars, I would. This company displayed nothing but unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a complete lack of accountability throughout what should have been a simple warranty service. We were promised an 8 AM-1 PM arrival window and told we'd be "first in line" closer to 8-9 AM. Instead, the plumber arrived at 2 PM--hours late--with no apology. When my mother mentioned that we had been waiting since the morning and asked Justin this, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Well, those things happen, what can I do." That dismissive attitude set the tone for everything that followed. Once inside the garage, the plumber demanded that workout equipment be moved. My mother offered to move it herself, but instead, he aggressively began shoving it around, throwing things with poor body language and clear hostility. Immediately afterward came the blanket incident: my mother attempted to place blankets down to protect the cabinets from water damage, and he snapped back rudely, "Do whatever you want, I don't care." He even told her that he "didn't know if there would be lots of water leaking"--an absurd claim from a professional who should know exactly what to expect during a water heater replacement. His tone and behavior were condescending and uncalled for. Things escalated further when my mother, after laying down the blankets, tried multiple times to get his attention, saying, "Sir, I'm ready for you." Instead of starting the job, he ignored her and sat on a personal phone call for nearly 20 minutes. When he finally got off the phone, he blamed her for delaying the start, despite the fact that he had chosen to waste time on his call. At that point, when I stepped in to deescalate the situation, he cut me off rudely and said, "You know what, just call the front office and reschedule then." He also complained that he had been tasked with driving around the city to pick up the heater and that he "volunteered" to take this job--as though his personal grievances excused his behavior. None of that is the customer's responsibility, and it certainly doesn't justify taking it out on us. To make matters worse, when I called the office afterward, I spoke with a representative named Lindy, who mirrored the same unprofessionalism and attitude. Rather than acknowledging the plumber's behavior, she shifted blame onto us and flatly said we could either reschedule or cancel. When I asked for a refund, she promised to send a receipt "within 20 seconds." Ten minutes went by, then twenty--no receipt. I called back multiple times, only to be placed on hold repeatedly with no updates, further wasting my time and adding to the frustration. This entire experience was the definition of unprofessional from start to finish. The plumber arrived late, rude, dismissive, and confrontational, and the office staff doubled down on the same behavior. It's clear why this company has such a low rating. If you value your time, your money, and basic respect, avoid this company at all costs. They don't deserve even one star. The plumbers name was either Justin or Jason and the front desk lady was Lindsay or Lindy. In the heat of it all, it was hard to remember any names but recall these.

Rude and unprofessional office staff. My service was through a home warranty in Las Vegas. Sam, the technician, was fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to explain potential issues, even though the warranty limited what he could do. Unfortunately, the experience with Lindsay at the office was the complete opposite. I called with a simple follow-up request for Sam, and instead of any support, I was met with hostility. She was dismissive, accused me of interrupting her (despite my calm tone), and ultimately hung up on me three times. I was never rude or aggressive — just looking for information. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional and unnecessarily combative. Bottom line: the techs are solid, but the customer service from management is unacceptable. If you have the option, request a different provider. If not, prepare for a frustrating experience dealing with the office.
