I was very satisfied and impressed with the professional service I got from Jason, Mike and Norm of Firkus Plumbing. I live in a rural district of Bend where it gets extra cold. After my pipes burst during a cold snap a few weeks ago, I had pretty much given up hope of finding a reasonable plumbing service to do the job. Then I found this company! Not only did they come up with an intelligent solution to the problem, they fixed it in a prompt manner and even fixed my landlady’s sink while they were here! Outstanding work, highly recommend!

Followed Firkus Plumbing truck/trailer thru town this morning, it was hauling an excavator on the trailer. Not one single chain securing the excavator to the trailer. This kind of behavior is laziness and shows how little they care about the other motorists around them. This is a traffic accident waiting to happen. If they are too lazy to chain down a piece of heavy equipment for transport, how much will they care about your plumbing job?

Firkus responded within 2 hours of my initial call of no hot water. Agreed new heater required. Firkus had the quote and heater on order same day. Norm and Champ installed the new unit as the experts they are. They were personal and professional. Highly recommend Firkus for any plumping needs.

Jonathon Firkus has been our service provider for our radiant heat system since we moved to Bend five years ago! When I discovered that one of our thermostat was not working, I called Firkus Plumbing to get an appointment with Jonathon! He came out today and completely solved the problem! Much to my surprise, the thermostats have batteries! Jonathon put the proper batteries into the dead thermostat and it started to work. He also replaced the batteries in the other two thermostats! Easy fix …but the best thing was that he didn’t charge me for the service call! Nice Christmas gift for us!🎄🎅 Marsha Miller
