I cant recommend Ferris Plumbing enough. We needed a 16-year old leaking water heater replaced, and they were able to do it same day. From the first contact with Shay in the office they were organized and professional. Shay asked me to send photos of my current water heater setup so they could accurately quote a replacement and make sure they could get the parts needed before they provided a quote and committed to making the repair the same day. I got the quote via email & text and spoke with Matt to answer a few questions. I then received multiple text messages confirming Nick would be arriving in the afternoon to replace the water heater and confirm when he was on his way. Nick was professional and personable and did an excellent job replacing our power-vented water heater and cleaning up the plumbing/piping from the prior install in 2008 (from a different company). I really appreciated Nick's attention to detail and excellent craftmanship. The next day I got an email from Shay that my Water Heater had been registered with the Manufacturer. Definitely the best home repair experience I have had.
