Wally’s installed my AC unit in 2020, so I called them for service when my condenser fan stopped operating. It took a week to get on the schedule; in the first visit Bryan replaced my condenser capacitor but that didn’t fix it. He suggested leaving the new cap in place since they have a limited life. The fan motor was the next most likely failed part, but Bryan didn’t have one on hand. So I needed to schedule a follow up visit. (While there I asked Bryan to check the refrigerant level in my other zone, which was having a hard time keeping up. He found it low and recharged it, offering an optional sealant/dye to help identify the leak location. Since it was at least ten years since I’d last had this unit serviced I declined.) It took another week to get Bryan back. The replacement motor did the trick. The part was covered by warranty but not the labor. Cost for fixing both zones was about $1100. I’ll let you decide if that was a reasonable price. Bryan did a good job, definitely knew his stuff. The unnecessary capacitor and schedule delays were annoying but perhaps standard practice.

We have experienced intermittent problems with our A/C but Wally’s always responds quickly and professionally. Most recently, during the current heatwave, our unit kept shutting down. Bryan has kept in contact 24/7 to make sure we keep the house cool pending parts and permanent repair. This is personal service at its finest.

Brian was very professional and fully answered all questions. I felt very confident with his work. The office was very accommodating with scheduling service for my AC unit. I have been a customer for last 10-12 years and will continue to to use Walley’s for my HVAC needs.

The whole crew at Wally’s did a great job from start to finish. Our salesman, Jonathan was very knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely professional and the communication was great. Savanah, Amanda and Reid did a great job. Ronin and his crew did a very clean installation. I would highly recommend Walley’s to anyone.

Jimmy did an excellent job! Contacted me before he arrived. Detailed the job before during and after. Fully knowledgeable with his many years of experience and professionalism.... You can't go wrong! Replaced gas valve on my empire heater and verified all was good to go. Recommend 110 percent!
