MASI Plumbing, Heating & AC

I am remodeling and doing upgrades to my childhood home and it was time to replace the 40 year old natural gas boiler and 25+ year old hot water tank. Back when the boiler was installed it only had a efficiency of 67%+-. As you can imagine after working hard in all these New Hampshire Winters throughout the years I'm sure the efficiency has dropped dramatically(as I could tell by my energy bills). I knew I was on borrowed time with both these units and figured lets get this done during the Summer before the worst would happen during the Winter. As most people in Southern NH knows MASI's has been here for a long time(over 60 years)and is a family run business. Being a business owner myself I know that customer service is a key part to business. Anyone can sell you product, but it's the service and focus on detail that makes a difference. When I fist called and spoke with Keith he was extremely knowledgable and helpful with what my heating/hot water needs would entail. He then came to my house to access those needs and made some recommendations. We both agreed a combi unit (both heat & hot water)would be the best efficient & economic way to go. We went over the different models and I decided on the Bosch Singular Combi Boiler. A bit more expensive than others but I am very familiar with the Bosch family of products and have many in my home. Including all Thermdor kitchen appliances which is part of the Bosch family. Keith also took care of the town permit I needed and filled out my EngeryStar rebate to submit. The installation went smoothly. Julio, Kayden & Dave worked seamlessly to get everything in stalled correctly. All the copper piping was connected with the industries best fittings, Viega press fittings. This is the latest in technology to pipe fitting. No Soldering required. Less mess and no flames. Another nice feature to this system is there is nothing on the floor of my basement. Everything is attached to the wall. The whole installation process took 2 days work. I really didn't realize all that was entailed to this installation. A lot of work for these 3 men. All 3 men where extremely polite and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. After my new combi boiler was installed they also replaced one of my outdoor water spigots which was corroded and had stopped functioning. When all was done everything was clean & tidy. The only way I knew they were in my home is I had all new equipment. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with MASI Plumbing & Heating. It's nice to know we have reputable company in our backyard.

Bobby Boisvert and his team saved the day! The Grand Opening and launch of our new hardwood flooring wholesale distribution center in Hudson, New Hampshire landed on an amazingly hot streak of weather. Bobby and his crew got in here early. Got the work done well and promptly, then tested the system over the next couple days and everyone was comfortable and impressed with our new location. We had Masi Plumbing remodel our bathroom and we are very happy with the whole experience. They demolished our old tub, sink and vanity leaving no mess. Then they installed a new tub, sink and vanity including new access to shut off valves for the water. The job was performed exactly as was presented to us with no hidden surprises. A beautifull job well done. We would like to give extra credit to Ashley for all her hard work.

Masi replaced our old oil burner (hydronic) with an efficient propane system. Very unusual, the valve that allows the system to produce hot water for showers, etc did not work, So unusual that the part was not readily available. Masi went above and beyond- offered to put us up in a hotel or install a separate water heater until the part came in. We went for the water heater, When the part arrived, the service manager installed it but they had also bought a whole new system to install in case that did not solve the issue. He spent the day checking everything to insure the system functioned properly. Never an issue about costs, all about customer service. Price was competitive. They also installed a system using heat pumps for A/C and heat on the shoulder seasons. Again, well designed system and competitive pricing. Side note- guys are great, very considerate, cleaned up after themselves, left us very satisfied. We could not be happier!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My elderly mother attempted to start her AC for the first time of the season, on a 92* day but had no cold air. She called MASI, the original installer of the 3 yr old system for help. It was the very end of their work day, but they were able to squeeze her in. They found there was a leak but did not have time to locate it and repair it that day, they’d come back the next day. BUT- they brought 2 window units for her as a short term fix, and at no cost to her. Sooooo kind and thoughtful! They returned the following day and found that the refrigerant line had been punctured by a roofer’s nail and asked if there had been a new roof put on recently. A new roof had in fact just been put on a couple of months prior. They took the time to not only explain everything in detail to us, they also spoke via phone with the roofer…who not only made no effort to come to the house to see the damage, he was adamant that he would not take responsibility. MASI spent the day getting the repair done, vowing they would not leave until her system was working properly. Several attempts over the next weeks were made to hold the roofer accountable. MASI was very supportive and very helpful in providing photos as well as all documentation required for us to prove the roofer’s responsibility. MASI was 100% in our corner. In the end, the roofer did pay for the entire AC repair. We will always recommend MASI!! The roofer on the other hand will not be so lucky. Thank you MASI!!!
