The technician, Colin, was very professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and also shared his opinion on what needed to be done. This was our first contact with this company, but I was impressed with Colin's knowledge and experience. We have signed up for future services and will update our experience as we proceed. UPDATE: Colin returned today with an assistant (Alex) to repair a leak in the AC System and also clean one of the mini split units. I was impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail. Both were polite, courteous, and professional, and answered all my questions regarding the work order for today, as well as what services would need to be done in the future. Both these employees are an asset to your organization.
Marc was courteous, wore foot coverings, explained the inspection process and showed me everything he found. Left me a quote on some work to be done in the future. Also preformed a drain cleaning as the sink was draining slowly. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the work.

Marc and Ian, the technicians, were very friendly and communicated very clearly. They replaced our bathroom shower valve, including new chrome trim, shower head arm, tub spout, and handle to match. They were efficient and cleaned up after they finished. This is the second time we've hired Paul the Plumber, and will again in the future, for any other plumbing needs. Great job!
Had them come out here to put a snake one of my pipes as a yearly maintenance and they gave me a price of 413.00 that is a rip off. The job would have been done in 15 minutes and they are charging that price. This is called theft. One person and 15 minutes and I took all hoses and pulled out the washer and all the prep for them to charge 413.00. Never again and there are others just like these guys.
