I was referred to this installer through Home Depot, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the they were quick, professional, and incredibly polite. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job removing my old tankless water heater and installing my new tankless water heater. What really impressed me was their thoroughness—they removed all of the old equipment and left the area spotless. Even better, the cost was literally half of what 3 Mountain Plumbing quoted, and I ended up with a higher-quality water heater and a longer warranty. Great service all around. Was shopping around 4 different places around 10AM and landed on Fast Water Heater because they gave me the best price up front. By 2PM they already had a technician out here, Josh, to replace my old water heater. Josh was super helpful in answering all my questions, making sure I knew the itemized list of other things I needed to pay for to be to code, added some “loctite” to the back of my washing machine where the hoses connect (he didn’t do any work on the washing machine btw, that was just a bonus I noticed after he left!), and was also very friendly to the dogs even though one of them wouldn’t stop barking at him. The work was wrapped up within 2hrs so also very quick service. Would definitely recommend this place for anything water heater related and I assume they do other water/plumbing work too.

This is the company Home Depot in Vancouver uses for water heater installation. I actually called Home Depot and within just about two minutes of my phone call with Home Depot, the people at fast water heater company contacted me and scheduled me for a next day installation. Joshua arrived as promised before 10:00 and completed the job around noon. Very clean, took the old water heater and cleaned up afterwards. Fantastic service and l would use this service again. Joshua offered me some important choices (I replaced the old water inlet valve with the new style). Very professional!
