Tom and Kyle did a great job updating and installing our home pumbling. They were professional, courteous, on time, and demonstrated a clear depth of knowledge and skill. They were patient and friendly with our dogs underfoot. This was exceptional service. We highly recommend Apollo as they are a family run business that delivers great service.

Mack was our technician and did an amazing job! He flushed our tankless water heater, added a new filter, and upgraded some of its parts. He was on time, called before hand, and gave me updates throughout his time working on the heater. I recommend Mack for any Apollo services!

Saturday service call, gotta love that 24/7 :) JIM V. was the technician assigned to my work order. Please make sure he gets credit for his efforts. Jim was extremely courteous and arrived within a reasonable time. He called to let me know he may be a tad late due to traffic so I appreciate him for the heads up. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. After trying a couple methods as the clog was being a bit stubborn, it finally cleared and we started to see flow where the outside clean out is located. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and he went the extra mile with a couple things which I thought was really cool of him. Also, which I thought was slick is the technician had bottles of bio drain cleaner available for purchase. I got a couple bottles and Jim added it to the invoice. Doing this totally saved me a trip to Home Depot. Thank you! This is the type of customer service people expect and Jim/Apollo delivered. Yeah, Saturday service call, not cheap but not too expensive either. When it hits the fan and you got loads of laundry to do, cough up the $ unless you want to wait until Monday….nope.

Jim came out on an urgent call on a Saturday and was wonderful! We had a blocked drain that was backing up into the shower and he had it fixed in under two hours. He was incredibly professional and kind. And the service came with a six month warranty which gives us piece of mind.

We had to replace the ancient sewer line for our little old Portland house. Due to a weird gradient, some of the interior pipes had to be raised before the new exterior line could be placed. After a slightly slow start inside the first day, Jose and Cesar showed up the second day and showed how it should be done. Jose answered every pesky question I had. They make quite an excellent team at Apollo.
