I have used this company for many years and was always pleased with their services. I don't know if management has changed, but my experience this time was not satisfactory. They put in a new AC/heating system in April. I have had to call them back twice to fix it. When they finished the job, I had to sign on a phone and did not receive the invoice by email as promised. It took many calls and emails to finally get it. I was told there was a rebate for the unit, but I was not given further information. I do feel I overpaid for this unit. I trusted them completely based on past services. They had to remove bricks under my trap door to get the new unit in. When the bricks were replaced, cement was smeared all over the front of the bricks. I have sent them a picture, one of their repair technicians reported it to her supervisor, and my son even called. Nothing has been done and looking at it everyday reminds me of how disappointed I am in this company.

Techs did not seem familiar with Trane products. Stated smart thermostat was faulty without testing anything. Also said it might take them a long time to get a price quote back to me when I found the part online fairly easily. Still have not heard back on pricing 24 hours later. Techs did not check the charge on the system at the outdoor unit. Did not do anything more than I personally did and still charged me for the visit. I had someone else come out the following day. Discovered the outdoor unit needed cleaning and the system was 4# low on refrigerant. This should have all been discovered had the techs been interested in doing more than just generating a billable invoice! 1 star because you can't leave 0 stars

I’m truly grateful that plumbers Matt and John came by to check on my water heater and share insights about water filtration options. Matt kindly provided detailed information that will benefit my entire family. They arrived right on time and efficiently completed the maintenance. Griffin did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC unit. He was both punctual and professional. My husband and I recently purchased our home and with the hot weather last week our upstairs unit struggled to keep up. He found the issue and provided a solution in a timely manner. Highly recommend this specific tech from Eveready Service Expert. Great experience and he also wore shoe covers to ensure cleanliness. The AC began to cool down as he said it would after the repair. We are grateful for the quick turn around in service. Thank you again!

Matthew came out to look at an issue that occurred with our water heater. He was able to diagnose it quickly, flush the system for it's yearly flush and dig out the clean out pipe a little to prevent any potential water build up. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a technician. Very personable, knowledgeable and polite. Technicians like Matthew help validate why I chose Service Experts and have confidently referred them to friends and family.
