Update: Budget Plumbing to the rescue again! It’s been just over two weeks, and I didn’t expect to need Budget Plumbing so soon. Last time it was my water heater, this time my garbage disposal. Once again, their professionalism and prompt service made the experience completely painless. Steven completed the job in under an hour and took the time to explain everything he did. The team is always approachable and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend! I had a wonderful experience with Budget Plumbing and wanted to share my sincere gratitude. Ms. Cathy, the dispatcher, went above and beyond to ensure I received service the same day—even though the schedule was already full. She listened with care and made sure I was okay, and for that, I am truly grateful and appreciative. She dispatched Nicko, the technician, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and provided helpful advice on how to manage it should it happen again. While this visit was a temporary fix, I have full confidence in their team and look forward to their excellent service when they return to fully resolve the problem.
