Adding my before and after* AMAZING company! Besides some scheduling miscommunication in the beginning, service was beyond excellent. They were in and out within 2 days. Very happy with the work Bill put in. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone. Can't wait to continue working with them to get this bathroom reno complete! :)

John did an excellent job cleaning put my drain. It was a dirty job but he was very patient, thorough and answered my questions. My only complaint was when I called on Sat morning and requested service, I talked to Jesse. I explained the issue and he said it sounded like it might be my laundry drain. He explained the $250 after-hours fee which would be on top of the hourly rate. I did not feel pressured to go with the after-hours call.. My issue is that I called back 30 minutes later and explained i saw toilet paper and some fecal matter, so it was more than just the laundry drain. Jesse thanked me for calling back because that would make a difference in the equipment required. However, when John showed up, that info had not been relayed to him so he had to go to the shop to get the right equipment. That took a full hour for John to get back. That was an unfortunate waste of time. Other than that, I had a very good experience with Epic and will use this company again.

We recently had our sewer line replaced at our business by Epic Plumbing, and the experience was outstanding. The team at Epic prioritized our project and ensured it was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The owner was personally involved, making sure all our issues were resolved promptly. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the entire team at Epic Plumbing. Highly recommend their services!

John Bronson and the team at Epic Plumbing were amazing professionals. The dispatcher and John listened to my concerns and fixed the problems related to my gas line install. John did his work without disruption and cleaned up the area when done. I was very grateful for their high level of service and would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know that I've ever written a Google review, but this one is worth writing for me. Being a first time homeowner and within the first month of ownership, I had sewage backing up into my garage from the main line. First trip Josh came out and cleared the main line and found the cause. There was a little bit of a hiccup that required his guys to come back out again the next day, but after being stuck in a shitty situation (literally) both Josh and Bill were great. Jesse was more than reasonable working with me on having his guys back out a second time around. Will for sure be using them in the future if the need were to arise.
