Mark was very professional & friendly. He was respectful of my home and dogs. And he took time to educate me about my HVAC unit and care. I highly recommend Easy Air & if you can get Mark as your technician, you’re definitely in great hands.

Recently my HVAC unit just suddenly stopped cooling in the midst of this summer’s heat wave; my family and I suffered for several days waiting on a fraud to come and repair it. Finally after waiting 3 days, I called Easy Air & Heating and I was worked into the schedule on the same day. Our technician was Mark, who arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went right to work on figuring out what the problem was. Mark provided me with friendly, very courteous, transparent feedback as he completed each process.Within an hour Mark had my unit up and running. I appreciate great service; so Easy Air & Heating will be my HVAC service provider from now on! And thank you very much Mark!

This was my first experience with Easy Air+Heat and it was excellent. Todd was the best service tech that I have had for HVAC service here and elsewhere that I have lived in the South. He took pictures of everything and explained areas that should be looked at for service, not necessarily today but potential problem areas. I had some of the work done and have signed up for their SA because of Todd's performance.

I had regular maintenance and cleaning done with Easy Air, Heat, and Plumbing and they were EXCELLENT. My service technician was Todd and he was very thorough, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job, then afterwards went over all the pricing in case I wanted to get a couple of things replaced, but he was NEVER pushy, which I really appreciated. Overall, they did a great job, and I will inevitably use them again + would recommend them to anyone!

Todd came out to do an initial consultation at my house and went above and beyond. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, kind and informative. I had a range of questions as we had recently moved into the house, he took the time to answer every one. At the end of the consultation he was very thorough describing everything he did during the visit, explained his professional advice on how to proceed, and gave me confidence in continuing to use Easy Air for any issues that may arise.
