Easterday Plumbing Repair

I had a very good experience with Mike at Easterday Plumbing in Springfield, Illinois. He had to come out three times because of the different situations I was dealing with. He was so kind, helpful, and patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt he really wanted me to be happy with and confident in his suggestions and work. He even gave me suggestions about things I could do to avoid more trouble in the future. I highly recommend him and the company. Marilee Stone

Pricey but the reliability and quality may be worth it for you. We received a couple of much lower estimates, but I had trouble with getting on anyone's schedule. They are great for weekday work, but I'd recommend going with another company for weekend emergencies.

I had a pipe break to my bathroom and water was rushing in the basement. I called Easterday and they were here within the hour. Less than an hour later everything was fixed and working again. I couldn't be happier. The plumber was so kind and helpful! Thank you so much! T-5

I love Easterday plumbing. They are easy to schedule/work with, honest and helpful. Their prices are very fair and on multiple occasions they've done everything possible to help me save money. Update 8/2020: I'm still so impressed with Easterday. Ken answers the phone himself most of the times I call and even though I didn't have an emergency today, and had just made a stupid mistake that caused a problem, they fixed it same day while working around my other appointments. Can't say enough about Easterday!

Exceptional service! I work for an apartment complex of which we already had an appointment for them to work on two faucets but then we were hit with an emergency work order for a resident that their tub was continuously running and unable to be shut off. Upon completing the appointments, they were able to squeeze in time to take a look at the emergency tub and shut water off to the unit. They advised us they would have to come back this afternoon to get in there more and resolve the situation. They came in a timely manner and even though rearranging their work schedule, had a positive and willing attitude. They were able to complete what they could to where the resident could have water to the rest of their unit until Friday when they can take the time needed to repair the tub issue to its entirety. Absolutely would recommend!! They truly went out of their way to make it happen! Thank you so much Easterday and your am amazing team!!
