Our electric tankless water heater needed to be replaced and Mike and his team were on it! They replaced it in under 2 hours and we have hot water again! They are always reliable and professional and we will definitely use them again!

Earlier this year, in early Spring, I had major problems with my septic system and drain fields. Mike and his son came out promptly in very cold and wet weather and found that the sewer system needed major work. It took a little while for the freezing weather to break for work to be started, and when they started, they had a very big job ahead of them. One drain field had to be redone and rerouted with the use of heavy equipment and two septic tanks had to have repairs. The price was quite fair for all the labor and material, and everything is still working fine months later.

I have been through numerous plumbing companies throughout the years and had yet to find a reliable/trustworthy company. That all changed when I met Mike, the owner of East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions. Every time I have called Mike he has answered or called me directly back. If it is an emergency he will do anything in his power to take care of you right away. He even showed up on a Saturday night in the middle of a snow/ice storm when our sewer line had backed up! Unlike many companies I've met in the past, Mike sets out to fix the issue at hand for good. This past Saturday, our daughter's condo had had a pipe freeze over and bust. Within an hour Mike had one of his employees at my daughter's condo fixing the plumbing issue.
