I had a pretty serious sewage issue. These guys came out right away. Told me what was causing the blockage. Everything was speedy and pretty efficient from start to finished. They made it very smooth for me. Which is nice because the insurance process is a pain already. They even did a little extra work which I appreciate because it would have taken me forever with a shovel.

Sign on the outside of their business on Sylvania Ave says to come in and apply for a job. All 4 of the doors were locked and windows covered with a reflective film so you cannot see inside. I then called the office after I left and the lady told me "hold on someone is at the door" how ironic? And then she hangs up.

Was recommended by my regular plumber to look at my sewer problem. They messed up the quote and then would not respond to my emails or text asking questions about the quote. Then they harassed me daily calling from different numbers to pay for a camera fee after I already payed for one inspection when they couldn't even get it down my sewer line either time. This place is a waste of time and money. Unprofessional.

E&K Regraded my yard, placed about 85 feet of drainage tile, and poured a concrete patio for me. They did an awesome job work was top-notch. Their foreman Andy stayed in communication with me for the entire process. Very happy with the outcome. I also want to say that in the beginning of the job I was dealing with a different representative from E&K. There were several miscommunications, and things were not moving along as expected. When I made this known, I was very surprised to get a call from the owners of the company. My concerns were immediately resolved. I would not hesitate to use E and K in the future

I highly recommend their services. While they initially made an error, they went above and beyond to correct it and ensure everything was made right. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I would definitely use their services again
