Dynamic Drains has always been fantastic for our two properties. Office staff is pleasant and efficient. Plumbers are friendly, timely, professional and highly skilled, and do excellent work with minimal disruptions. Caleb was awesome today installing new main service valves to the house.

Tendi (plumber) just left my home after installing a kitchen sink, garbage disposal along with shut off valves. Any repair job in this 160+ yr old home is never easy it seams. The job required some cutting of shelving and trimming sink opening in counter to make everything fit. Tendi kept me informed every step of the way of everything needing to be done. His professionalism and vast knowledge for such a young man is astounding. He obviously has a great work ethic and takes pride in his craft. He is very friendly and personable. This was a 5 hour job resulting in a great outcome. I am pleased and am requesting estimates on 3 other plumbing jobs. Remember his name …TENDI !!

We recently had a service call from Dynamic, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, were very easy to communicate with, and took the time to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. Their technician was knowledgeable, detailed, and clearly experienced. What really stood out was the thoroughness of their follow-up. A full report was provided, complete with photos and videos, which made everything clear and easy to understand. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, transparency, and great customer service so well. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak enough good things about this company. They were referred by my realtor and my parents as both have had great experiences with them. I am a first time home buyer who bought an older home so naturally there were many things (4 separate issues/maintenance) I needed done. I got a sewer scope done with them during the inspection period of purchasing the home which was smooth, helpful, and informative. The technician was knowledgeable, up front, and great. Fast forward to about a month after being in the house, I needed the waterline to the fridge fixed since it leaked (replaced the whole water line, put in a new valve & replaced some of the pipe in the basement), a part of my sewer stack replaced, the sewer pipe cleaned of the tree roots, and the downstairs sink fixed. They came in fixed it all even quicker than expected, got here on time, and were super kind. They explained everything they did, what items I needed to know, and options on paths I could take (for the water line). For everything I got done, I found the price to be incredibly reasonable compared to other places I’ve looked and how many things i needed done. I would also like to add how comfortable the workers made me feel. My partner works nights, so I usually interact with workers when they come to the house since he sleeps during the day. I am super conscious as a woman and being essentially home my myself with four male workers coming into my home. I did not feel uneasy in the slightest, which I feel important to know for any other people looking for good companies to work with. I really highly recommend Dynamic Drains and honestly won’t ever consider going anywhere else!
