Duck Duck Rooter

I had a slow shower leak that I was going to repair myself but I didn’t have the proper tools to remove the faucet valve. I decided to go with Duck Duck Rooter because I see their trucks all over town. I’m giving two stars because they did come quick and the technician was friendly. However I now have to use pliers to use my shower/bath. For them to repair the leak (replace the valves) it was $449 and they left me without replacement handles because the other handles were stripped and he couldn’t put them back on. He told me it would be another $1000 to find replacement handles but that I could get replacement handles myself and contact him personally and he’d put them in. The whole situation left me feeling ripped off and I won’t be using them again. Attached pictures show the one handle that I removed and realized I needed more tools than I had, the other picture with no handles how my shower was left. But now I don’t have a slow leak anymore so there’s that!

These guys were great, super friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. You can tell they care about doing the job right and making sure the customer is informed and comfortable. Jacob was great today! He solved multiple issues in a short amount of time for a great price. We have been using Duck Duck for a decade and are always happy with the service and professionalism. I called this morning at 11am, by 3pm everything is good again!

We called to get information about having our septic tank cleaned. They were able to schedule us same day and worked with us to ensure we had time to get home without rushing (we were coming back from being out of town). I didn't catch the ladies name who answered the phone but she was very nice. She was able to help us get everything answered and scheduled. Jordan and Marc were the technicians who came out to perform the job. They answered additional questions we had, they were quick, efficient and polite.
