Don's Plumbing

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Except for the consultation, they were rude and impatient, showing little to no respect for my time. They were in a rush, spent barely an hour on the job the first day as they were “spent.” Worse still, they caused damage during the job and then denied any responsibility, even though it was clearly the result of their work. To top it off, they made a mistake that needed to be fixed — and they never returned or took accountability. I would not recommend this plumber. Professionalism, honesty, and quality of service were all lacking.

Don's slogan is "we repair what your husband fixed" So that seemed what I needed as my repair didn't work out well. Jerry was on the problem same day and did a great job curing my plumbing attempt. Could have saved myself a lot of grief had I made the call before I grabbed my tools. Fast, friendly and reasonable costs. Thank you.

When I told our daughter that we needed a plumber to install a new spigot on our bathtub. she said she knows one and offered to call him. She said he would be here the following day, This morning a big guy with a big smile came and said your daughter sent me. He knew the type of spigot needed for our old tub (1968) . He quickly removed the old and installed the new for a very reasonable price. The next time we need a plumber, Jerry is the guy!

We always call Don’s plumbing after working with Jerry on quite a few clogged toilets and plumbing situations with our Child Care Center. Jerry is always quick to respond, pleasant and full jokes. He has wonderful service and very prompt response!

A huge Thank You to Don's Plumbing. Our water heater went out and Jerry from Don's Plumbing arrived at our home just a little over an hour after I talked with him. He had our old water heater out and a new one installed about 90 minutes later. And all at a very reasonable price. Jerry was very informative and professional and we appreciated that very much.
