JR and Marquies were PHENOMENAL. Really made a typically horrible experience surprisingly pleasant and the experience from start to finish was seamless. Personable mannerisms, professionalism, and respected my property and belongings. The assessment of the issue was thorough, identification of the problem was super quick, and they got started right away on fixing the issue. Resolved before I could even finish my cup of coffee, electronic payment was easy, and they were on their way! Vincent was extremely helpful today. There was a sound that I couldn’t identify in the furnace and he was able to figure out what it was and fix it. Exceptionally helpful man who goes the extra mile from the very beginning.

This a great company. Dornell was wonderful and patient when he came to our house and explained everything to us in detail. He even educated me about our system and how it all works together. Dick Ray is the most reliable and honest plumbing heating and air company out there. They are also the most reasonable price wise. Sam was great he had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes and 2 options on how to fix our issue. After we settled on a fix Sam promptly completed the fix and we are very satisfied...thank you again this is now 2 different times where Dick ray has come through for us.

Sam is a very personable man who clearly loves and knows his work. He did an excellent job for us, even though it took him into the evening hours to complete the job. He spent a good amount of time explaining what he would be doing each step of the way and followed up by showing the work he had done. On top of it all, the job was reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier.
