I lost my Furnace and AC system a few days ago. I reached out to DiBacco having never used them before but did so based on all the amazing reviews they received. I’ve never been so happy Of their service and my new heating and AC. Ralph, Michael, Lesco, and Kyle, the electrician were incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable as well. They were here the next day and started to install my new furnace prior to it getting cold again. They improved my venting system as well by sealing up all the leaks at no extra charge. They had my furnace up and running, so I did not have to be without heat. My home is warmer and toaster than ever. I highly recommend them. They install with pride and make sure that it’s up to code. With something so important to your health and safety you don’t want it done, improperly, I plan on using them for all my plumbing, heating, Cooling, and electrical needs. I would give them more than five stars if it was possible.

Outstanding service!! Our 20 year old Boiler / Furnace died over a weekend and left us without hot water and heat. They were at our house first thing Monday morning and were unable to get the old system working. The recommendation was to replace the unit. They walked us through the Mass Save process, including the process for obtaining 0% financing ). They shifted their schedule around and had our new Tankless Gas system installed and up and running 2 days later. They came in and took care of the whole removal and installation in a day. The whole process was well managed, with the personal touch that you get from a family run business (not what you'd get from Home Depot or Lowes contractors). I would not hesitate to recommend DiBacco Plumbing to anybody!

These guys are exceptional at what they do. They fixed my water fixtures promptly. They are the hardest blue collar workers I’ve seen. Their motto is hard work, honesty, and transparency. Great prices, efficient, and passion is their motto. I’m going to continue working with them for a long long time.
