Terrible experience. We would not recommend. They were supposed to show up after they got a cancellation. Never showed up let alone call. They then show up the following week on a Tuesday at 8:15am without ever making an appointment with us. Just showed up totally unexpected. Also very unprofessional the way they installed our bathroom faucets. They left the handles uneven and the fact that they showed up on their whim was highly irritating. Super expensive as well. Needless to say we will never call them again.

Over many years I’ve used this company’s services a number of times and can say they are very responsive and dependable is an excellent description but I’d also add good owners that try to go the extra mile as affordable as possible ! I highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment for about a week out. On the day of, he didn’t show. I made several calls and had to argue (???) to get him to still come. Eventually, he showed about 8 hours later. He identified the issue and said he would return the following morning at 8:00am. Once again, he didn’t show. After a few more calls I told him to not bother. Useless.

I called Dependable at 1:00 PM and by 3:00 PM they showed up to repair a leak! Great service, great phone contact and the most responsive. I can't say enough about how professional the person answering the phone and the person who showed up were.
