Delta Plumbing Repipe and Drains

These folks are absolutely fantastic. I had a clogged toilet over the weekend that I simply could not take care of myself after hours of trying. I reached out to several local plumbers, none of which would even give me a ballpark idea of pricing. When I called Delta, I was greeted on the phone with a warm greeting and the phrase, “How can I put a smile on your face today?” I’m not even kidding. Who does that? But they back it up with their superior service. Jordan, their tech, showed up about 90 minutes later and had our problem fixed in about 10 minutes. And all this on a Sunday afternoon! Saving their contact information in my phone for all future plumbing needs. Well done, Delta!

I used Delta Mechanical Inc. for the first time to have a sink installed in my rental. Their price was very competitive. I was called about a hour after purchasing the kitchen sink to set up a installation appointment for the next day. Their employee Joshua Austin showed up as scheduled. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The job was completed to my satisfaction in less than 3 hours. They will be on the top of my list; the next time I need something in their expertise done.

Being totally honest, my very first experience with delta left a lot to be desired in terms of communication. Enough so, it had me looking in other places to get my project done. I only mention this because of how remarkably they made right on the situation. Daniel reached out to me, wanting to make amends, and we came to an agreement for him to make things right and get our job completed for us. We wanted to add a second shower head, and second water control valve to our shower. When Daniel reached out, he was very thoughtful, and assured me that this isn’t how they did business, and wanted the opportunity to prove that and make it right. Before the technician came out, I was given a text and a call letting me know his ETA, as well as a map to see how far away he was. Today, technician Fernando, came out at about 11AM. He spent the entire day here. Literally the entire day, leaving at about 11PM. Due to my work schedule, it is super hard to spend days at the house, and between Daniel and Fernando, they made sure we got this project done in 1 day. This project involved running new, bigger waterlines through our attic, since the small half inch lines in our slab would’ve left a lot to be desired for water pressure. Fernando was very meticulous as he was working, being sure to keep everything as clean as can be, vacuuming as he was cutting tile/drywall. He was very thorough and checked all of his work, making sure there were no leaks, and calibrated the water valve temperature selection, and ensured I was happy with the water pressure and how things turned out. What really stood out to me, is Daniel personally stopped by to check on how things were going, and made sure things were looking good. The other thing that stood out to me was Fernando’s persistence. He got the job done, staying late just to make sure we got it done today, and it looks like a million bucks. Moral of the story, these guys are pros. I really do think what happened in our first negative experience with delta, truly was a fluke. After my experience today, with Daniel and Fernando, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Delta again. Their professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional.

Delta came out to replace my hot water heater this morning. Kenneth was the service tech and talk about top notch service! Kenneth arrived on time was very friendly explained what he was going to do and got right to work. I have a completely professional installation and I can’t recommend Kenneth and Delta enough! Any future plumbing needs that I have I will reach out to Delta plumbing!

From start to finish this was the easiest home replacement project ever. Delta Mechanical had the size water heater I needed. Frankie arrived early and before he left he even cut down the box the new water heater came in so that the pieces would easily fit in my recycling bin.
